The Science: Mechanotransduction

This is not magic. It is applied biology. You are hacking cellular mitosis through physical tension. Here is exactly why your dick is the size it currently is, and how to permanently alter the baseline.

The Bottleneck: The Tunica Albuginea

The penis consists of two main erectile chambers called the Corpus Cavernosum, and a smaller chamber below it for the urethra. These chambers are entirely encased in an incredibly tough, fibrous, multi-layered sheath called the Tunica Albuginea.

When you get an erection, smooth muscle relaxes and blood floods the Cavernosum. The blood will continue to fill until it hits the physical wall of the Tunica Albuginea. Your dick cannot get any bigger than the internal volume this fibrous sheath allows. It is literally a leather sleeve limiting a water balloon.

CONCLUSION: To gain permanent size, you do not "grow" the spongy tissue. You must permanently stretch and expand the Tunica Albuginea.

The Mechanism: Creep & Plastic Deformation

Phase 1: The Warm-Up (5 Minutes)

Stretching cold collagen leads to injury, not growth. You must flood the area with blood and raise the tissue temperature to maximize pliability.

METHOD: Take a clean washcloth, run it under hot water (as hot as you can comfortably stand without burning). Wring it out. Wrap it completely around the base and shaft. Hold it there. Re-wet it when it loses heat. Do this for exactly 5 minutes.

Phase 2: Directional Stretching (5-10 Minutes)

This targets length. It focuses on elongating the Tunica and stretching the suspensory ligaments (which attach the inner penis to the pubic bone).

The Grip: Form an "OK" sign with your thumb and index finger. Grip the shaft roughly 1/2 to 1 inch BELOW the glans (the head). Do not grab the head itself.

The Force: Pull until you feel a solid, firm tension. It should feel tight, but there should be ZERO sharp pain. If it hurts, let off.

Phase 3: Standard Jelqing (10 Minutes)

This targets girth. It forces intra-cavernosal pressure, pushing blood against the walls of the Tunica to stretch it radially.
